I NEVER EVER thought that would happen. It has taken patience. Lots.

What did I not want?

  • Diet (because they don’t work)
  • Restrictions such as Zero Alcohol, No salt, etc. etc
  • Boot camp at 6am
  • Join aerobics with all women
  • Fitness programme with strict day-by-day targeted programme

So I started slow as mentioned earlier looking a weight, apps, gym prices, private fitness instructors (by reputation, facilities and cost), home / video programmes, clothes, shoes, accessories, reviews, magazines and a LOT more.

I started with continuing my sports but looking at being more active.
