- Diet (because they don’t work)
- Restrictions such as Zero Alcohol, No salt, etc. etc
- Boot camp at 6am
- Join aerobics with all women
- Fitness programme with strict day-by-day targeted programme
So I started slow as mentioned earlier looking a weight, apps, gym prices, private fitness instructors (by reputation, facilities and cost), home / video programmes, clothes, shoes, accessories, reviews, magazines and a LOT more.
I started with continuing my sports but looking at being more active.
